Today’s Scripture & Reflection
Each morning I sit quietly with the Lord and let one verse speak directly to my spirit. These are the words He gives me to carry through the day — for faith, for recovery, for the long run.
— Isaiah 40:3 (KJV)
“But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles;they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”Today’s scripture reminds us that true endurance comes not from our own strength, but from waiting on the Lord.Whether running, meditating, or rebuilding life in recovery, this verse calls us to trust in God’s timingand His power to renew our energy and spirit.
